How does the price I see compare to what I actually pay?
It's the same number. Whatever price is shown for a lot is recalculated from the operator's current rate at the moment you book — there's no separate "booking fee" added at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your booked drop-off time. To cancel or amend a booking, email us with your booking reference. See our Terms for the full policy.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your full card number.
What happens to my car while I'm away?
The operator you book with photographs your vehicle at drop-off and pick-up as a record of its condition, and emails you both sets of photos. Every operator on the exchange is reviewed before their listing goes live.
Which airports do you cover?
Every UK airport with a scheduled passenger service — search any of them from the homepage, and we'll show what's currently listed there.
My flight time changed — what do I do?
Email us as soon as you know, with your booking reference. We'll pass the change to the operator, though a later arrival isn't guaranteed to be accommodated depending on how late notice is.
I run a parking operation — how do I list it?
Apply through our operator onboarding form. Every application is reviewed before it goes live, and you set your own rate — we add our platform fee on top for the customer.
